1. [Terra Liquid Fuel] 30000 Flamethrower Fire ammo bought at RARE TOOLS hits only single target, any other ammo hits multiple targets:

But characters those has 0 Contribution Points have higher rank and top position.
Also in Race Leader nomination registration any changes might change positions of those who has 0 contribution points randomly.
