Announcing the Open Beta

OPEN BETA​

Before diving into the details and announcement, we’d like to extend another thank you to everyone who participated in our Closed Beta. We’re humbled by the wonderful response, and extremely thankful for all the ways players across the globe have helped us prepare for launch.

We will be announcing a reward structure for current Beta testers. Depending on your progress in the current and future stages of the Beta Tests, you will receive special items as a reward for your support. Expect more details and a preview of these rewards soon!
From all of us at MID-WAY TEAM, thank you for your continued devotion and commitment to RF Online. After almost 11 years, we are ready to open our server.
We couldn’t have done it without you, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

HOW TO ACCESS THE OPEN BETA​

Interested players will be able to request access beginning on September 26. To request access, follow these steps:
1. Register game account; (your forum account also used for playing game)
2. Download our game client;
3. Navigate to GUIDE section;
4. Don't forget also about report any bugs to special section;

WHAT LANGUAGES IS THE OPEN BETA AVAILABLE IN?​

The Open Beta test will be available only in English, but more languages could be available on launch.

CAN I TALK / POST / CREATE CONTENT ABOUT / OR STREAM THE OPEN BETA?​

Yes, during the Open Beta test you are allowed to share, record, or broadcast Beta content or gameplay. However, aspects of RF Online v1.25 may change between Open Beta and launch, which may cause captured footage to become outdated.

WILL MY OPEN BETA PROGRESS BE CARRIED OVER TO LAUNCH?​

No, there will be a progress wipe between Open Beta and launch.

WHAT HAS CHANGED IN BETWEEN CLOSED BETA AND OPEN BETA?​

Patch notes will be available on our official blog.
